At approximately 17:08 Bryn Mawr Fire Company was dispatched to the area of the County Line Road underpass for the R100 Septa line for a train crash involving a downed pole. The exact location was unknown and took crews a few minutes to ascertain. When Squad 23 located the scene they found two trains in between stations with passengers stranded about 300 yards north of the station. Bryn Mawr crews worked on the train on the north side and assist companies worked on the south side evacuating passengers and keeping them safe from the hazards of the tracks. In total over 60 passengers were safely evacuated and the scene was turned over to Septa in just over an hour.
