At approximately 0830 Bryn Mawr Fire Company was dispatched to the area of mile marker 15.5 on the Blue Route(476) for a vehicle rescue involving a box truck and a car. On arrival, crews from 23, 24, 39 and Delco 15 worked to remove the entrapped driver of the box truck that had struck the guardrail on the median. Engine 23 handled the highway landing zone for PennStar1 who transported the injured driver. Crews were back in service in just under an hour.
