Just before 1800 on Sunday June 12, Bryn Mawr Fire Company was dispatched for a building fire with fire visible from the exterior. Deputy 23 was the first on the scene reporting heavy smoke in the area and then confirming heavy fire from the garage area of the single family dwelling. As first in units arrived it was confirmed that all occupants were out of the house and accounted for. An aggressive fire attack and coordination across multiple mutual aid units kept the fire contained to the garage end of the home. Extensive overhaul work was required to bring the incident under control. Units were back in service just before 2025.
