Bryn Mawr Fire Company is always looking for new volunteers. New members who want to become firefighters will receive the training and equipment needed to respond to fires, evacuate and mitigate areas contaminated with natural gas, CO and other gases, rescue people from car accidents, among other emergency responses. As a volunteer at BMFC you become part of a tradition of excellence and service in the community where you live.
As an alternative, you can choose to participate as a social member who does not participate in emergency responses. Social members can assist in events organized by the fire company, help in the administration of the company among other important contributions.
